If you're selling tickets in person and want to offer an immediate physical copy of that ticket without printing it on-site after the sale, we've got you covered.

After you've customized and branded your PDF tickets, go to your Attendee listing page and hit the Add Attendee button on the top right,

From here, hit the "Show advanced options" button, and you'll see a checkbox for "Bulk create multiple attendees with this information" which will allow you to create many tickets quickly. Set the number of tickets.

You can leave the name and email blank or set something generic; that's up to you and the experience or workflow you offer and have. Finally, hit save, and you'll see all these new tickets appear in your attendee list.

Now, we want to export the PDF files so that we can quickly print them all. From the attendee listing page, select the attendees (or all) using the checkboxes, then under the Actions menu, select "Download tickets." Enter your email and hit send.

You'll receive an email with a download link for a zip file containing all the selected PDF ticket files.

Printing them all simultaneously depends on your operating system and printing software. Still, it can usually be accomplished by selecting them all, right-clicking and hitting the print button, or opening them all in PDF viewing software and hitting the print button.

That's it; feel free to reach out with questions!
