Can We Transfer a Canceled Ticket?

Once a ticket is canceled in Evey, it cannot be transferred. But not to worry! There is a simple workaround to ensure the attendee still receives access to your event.


Workaround: Manually Add the Attendee Again

You can issue a new ticket by manually adding the attendee's details.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the "Attendees" tab of your event.

  2. Click "Add Attendee".

  3. Enter the attendee’s details:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone number (optional)

  4. Choose the correct Ticket Type.

  5. Click "Save".


Good to Know:

  • Canceled ticket numbers won’t be reused, so your ticketing remains accurate and secure.

  • Manually added tickets function just like any other; attendees will receive their new ticket and can check in without issues.
