How Can I Cancel and Delete a Ticket?

You may need to cancel or delete tickets when attendees request refunds, tickets must be invalidated, or a customer needs to be transferred from one event to another.


Cancel and Delete a Ticket

  1. From the event dashboard, click “Attendees.”

  2. On the Attendees page, select the attendee you want to cancel. This opens the attendee information page.

  3. Scroll down and click “Cancel Ticket.”

  4. A confirmation popup will appear.

    • To issue a refund, check “Refund the customer” and then click “Yes, cancel ticket.”

  5. After cancellation, the option to delete the ticket will appear.

    • To delete, click “Delete ticket.”

    • Type “permanently delete” and confirm by clicking “Yes, delete ticket.”
