You may need to cancel or delete tickets when attendees request refunds, tickets must be invalidated, or a customer needs to be transferred from one event to another.
Cancel and Delete a Ticket
- From the event dashboard, click “Attendees.” 
- On the Attendees page, select the attendee you want to cancel. This opens the attendee information page. 
- Scroll down and click “Cancel Ticket.” 
- A confirmation popup will appear. 
- After cancellation, the option to delete the ticket will appear.
