Cancellation and deletion of tickets are common procedures in event management, especially when attendees request refunds, when tickets need to be invalidated, or when you need to transfer a customer from 1 event to another.
Here's a guide on how to cancel and delete tickets:
1. On your event dashboard, click "Attendees."
2. On the Attendees page, click on the attendee that you would like to cancel. Upon clicking on the attendee, it will route you to the attendee information page.
3. To cancel the ticket, you can scroll down and click on "Cancel ticket."
4. A pop-up will show to confirm the cancellation and refund the customer.
5. If you would like to refund the customer, you can put a check on Refund the customer and then click on "Yes, cancel ticket."
6. After confirming the cancelation of the ticket, the option to delete the ticket will appear. If you want to delete the ticket, you can click on Delete ticket. Then type "permanently delete" and then click on "Yes, delete ticket" to confirm deletion.
