How Do I Extract a Check-In Report?

Extracting a check-in report helps you track attendance, enhance security, improve customer service, and make data-driven decisions for future events.


Steps to Export a Check-In Report

  1. Go to your event in the Evey app and click “Attendees.”

  2. Select the “Check-in” tab.

  3. You'll see a list of all attendees who have checked in.

  4. Select the attendees you want to include by checking the boxes next to their names.

  5. Click “Actions” and choose “Export check-in activity.”

  6. Enter the email address where you'd like the CSV file sent.

  7. Click “Export check-in activity.”

You’ll receive an email with a download link for the CSV file.


What’s Included in the CSV File

The check-in report includes:

  • Attendee ID

  • Ticket Code

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Check-In Date and Time
