Extracting a check-in report helps you track attendance, enhance security, improve customer service, and make data-driven decisions for future events.
Steps to Export a Check-In Report
- Go to your event in the Evey app and click “Attendees.” 
- Select the “Check-in” tab. 
- You'll see a list of all attendees who have checked in. 
- Select the attendees you want to include by checking the boxes next to their names. 
- Click “Actions” and choose “Export check-in activity.” 
- Enter the email address where you'd like the CSV file sent. 
- Click “Export check-in activity.” 
You’ll receive an email with a download link for the CSV file.
What’s Included in the CSV File
The check-in report includes:
- Attendee ID 
- Ticket Code 
- First and Last Name 
- Email Address 
- Check-In Date and Time
