Extracting a check-in report is essential for efficient event management, ensuring security and safety, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating informed decision-making before and after the event.
One benefit of using Evey Events for your events is the ability to extract a check-in report. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to your event and click on "Attendees."
2. On the attendees' page, click on the "Check-in" tab.
3. On the check-in tab, the list of attendees that checked in the event will be displayed.
4. Choose the attendees that you would like to extract by clicking on the box on the left side of the attendee.
5. Click on "Actions" and then choose "Export check-in activity."
6. Once you click on "Export check-in activity," the option to enter the email address where the export will be sent will appear on the top.
7. Enter your email address, and then click on "Export check-in activity."
8. You should receive an email with the link to download a CSV file of the check-in activity of your event.
9. Once you click on the link, it will automatically download the CSV file to your computer.
10. The CSV file will show details such as Attendee ID, Ticket Code, Attendee First Name, Attendee Last Name, Attendee Email, and the date and time the attendee checked in.
