Things happen, and people might need to change the date they purchased a ticket. This guide is going to show you how to reschedule your ticket quickly!
First, we will go to our "Attendees" list for our recurring event and find the attendee that needs to be scheduled. You can use the search feature to find them quickly, and once found, click on their name to bring up their attendee details.
From the attendee details rescheduling their ticket can be done by clicking on "Update" next to the "Event date/time" field where their currently scheduled date and time are listed.
Now the scheduler will pop up where you can see their currently selected date is highlighted, and you can choose the date you want to reschedule their ticket by clicking on the date, which will load the times available for that date below the calendar. Once you choose their new date and time, you can click on "Update." Their ticket is now updated to the new date!
Be sure to send your attendee the new edited version of the ticket by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking "Re-send Ticket". Resending the ticket will ensure your customer that they have the updated date and time for their arrival.
