Can I Cancel an Attendee’s Check-In?

Yes! If someone was marked as checked in by mistake or needs to be updated, you can easily cancel their check-in inside the Evey Events app.

How to Uncheck an Attendee:

  1. Log in to your Evey Events account.

  2. Click on the event where the attendee is registered.

  3. On the event page, click on "Attendees."

  4. Click on the "Checked-In" tab to see attendees who have already checked in.

  5. Find the name of the attendee you want to uncheck.

  6. Check the box next to their name.

  7. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu.

  8. Select "Mark as not checked in."
