There are many situations where attendee details may need to be updated during check-in, such as correcting duplicate entries, updating contact information, or correcting errors. The Evey Check-In App allows you to make these edits by enabling field editing in the event settings.
Enable Attendee Information Editing
From the event dashboard, click “Event Settings.”
Go to the “Attendee Information” tab.
Click the settings icon next to the field you want to make editable.
In the field settings, scroll to the Check-In App section.
Check the option “Allow this field to be changed in the check-in app.”
Click Save.
Note: You’ll need to repeat this process for each field you want to make editable in the Check-In App.
