There are many situations where attendee details may need to be updated during check-in, such as correcting duplicate entries, updating contact information, or correcting errors. The Evey Check-In App allows you to make these edits by enabling field editing in the event settings.
Enable Attendee Information Editing
- From the event dashboard, click “Event Settings.” 
- Go to the “Attendee Information” tab. 
- Click the settings icon next to the field you want to make editable. 
- In the field settings, scroll to the Check-In App section. 
- Check the option “Allow this field to be changed in the check-in app.” 
- Click Save. 
Note: You’ll need to repeat this process for each field you want to make editable in the Check-In App.
