There are several reasons why you might need to edit attendee information upon check-in. Common scenarios include correcting duplicate entries, adding additional information, updating contact details, and fixing errors.
That’s why it’s crucial to have the option to edit attendee information on the form during check-in.
The good news is that the app allows you to make these changes during check-in.
Here's how to allow editing of the attendee information on the check-in app:
To do this, go to the event dashboard and click on "Event Settings."
On the Event settings page, click on the "Attendee Information" tab.
In the "Attendee Information" tab, click on the settings icon next to the field you want to make editable in the check-in app.
It will send you the attendee form field settings.
Scroll down to CHECK-IN APP, and then mark “Allow this field to be changed in the check-in app” and then hit Save.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each field you want to make editable in the check-in app
