Filter Attendees by Time Slot in the Check-In App

The Evey Check-In App is a key part of attendee management, enabling smooth check-ins through QR code scanning and providing real-time tracking of check-in status.

While the app includes several filtering options for attendees, it currently does not support filtering by timeslot for recurring events.


Available Filters in the Check-In App

You can tailor your view in the Check-In App using the following filters:

  • Ticket Type

  • Ticket Status

  • Check-In Status

  • Ticket Delivery Status

  • Ticket Purchased Since

  • Email Status

  • Phone Status

  • Ticket Number Range

  • Ticket Number Range

Filtering by Timeslot for Recurring Events

Filtering by timeslot is currently not supported directly in the Check-In App.

As a workaround, you can filter attendees by timeslot on the Evey event admin page before check-in. This allows you to narrow down the attendee list based on date and time.
