Resetting Your Check-In Account Password

Your check-in account gives you access to the Check-In app, allowing you to scan tickets as guests arrive or leave your events.

If you don’t have a check-in account yet, you can create one or ask your event organizer (with access to the Shopify dashboard) to create one for you. Need help? Follow our step-by-step guide.


Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It:

  1. Open the Check-In app or go to checkin.eveyevents.com.

  2. Tap or click "Forgot my password" at the bottom of the login screen.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your check-in account.

  4. Hit Submit.

  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email — the link inside will expire after 24 hours.

  6. Click the link and set your new password.
