Note: To use the app you must create an account and set a username and password to log in

The check-in app is vital for your event and enables you to check in attendees. If you're unable to recall your login details, it can cause significant issues. However, we've got you covered with the option to view registered email addresses and request a password reset.

You can follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the Evey Events app and click on "Settings":

2. On the Settings page, click on Check-In accounts.

3. On the Check-In accounts window, you will see all the emails registered on the Check-In app.



4. Click on the email address that you used to register, then click on Forgot Password.



5. After clicking on Forgot password, you will be sent to a forgot password page.

6. Enter the email address and then click on Submit. A password reset message will be sent to the registered email address.

7. Click on Reset password, and you will be directed to a page to create a new password. Enter your new password and then confirm it, and you’re good to go!



Friendly reminders to use a unique, secure, yet easy-to-remember password. Of course, the golden rule is DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE.
