How to Export Attendee Check-In Activity Logs

The Evey Events & Tickets (Evey) check-in app logs every check-in action, including who scanned the ticket, when, where, and whether the check-in was canceled. You can easily export this activity log to a CSV file for further analysis in any spreadsheet application.


Export Specific Attendee Check-In Activity

  1. From your Event Dashboard, go to the Attendees list.

  2. Select the attendees whose check-in activity you want to export.

  3. Click on “Actions” and select “Export check-in activity.”

  4. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the download link.

Note: Depending on the amount of data, the export may take a few minutes to arrive.

Export All Attendee Check-In Activity

  1. From the Attendees list, check the box at the top of the list.

  2. Click “Select all [number]+ attendees in your store” next to the Actions button.
    This ensures all attendees across all pages are selected—not just those on the current page.

  3. Click on “Actions” and choose “Export check-in activity.”

  4. Enter the email address to receive the export link.

The exported CSV file will contain complete check-in activity data for all selected attendees.
