You can track how many tickets each check-in user has scanned in Evey Events & Tickets (Evey). This helps you monitor staff activity and understand which users are handling the most check-ins.
Steps to View Check-In Counts
Open the Evey Events & Tickets app and select the event you want to review.
Click “Event Settings.”
Go to the “Check-In” tab.
On this page, you will see:
Notes
The number shown represents the total tickets scanned by that user across all events they have access to, not just the selected event.
This information can be useful for evaluating staff performance or assigning roles more effectively.
