Viewing the Number of Attendees Checked In by Each Check-In User

You can track how many tickets each check-in user has scanned in Evey Events & Tickets (Evey). This helps you monitor staff activity and understand which users are handling the most check-ins.


Steps to View Check-In Counts

  1. Open the Evey Events & Tickets app and select the event you want to review.

  2. Click “Event Settings.”

  3. Go to the “Check-In” tab.

  4. On this page, you will see:

    • Left column: List of check-in users.

    • Right column: Number of attendees each user has checked in.

Notes

  • The number shown represents the total tickets scanned by that user across all events they have access to, not just the selected event.

  • This information can be useful for evaluating staff performance or assigning roles more effectively.
