If you're using the Evey Events Shopify app to sell tickets for your events, you may be wondering if it's possible to set a minimum or maximum number of tickets that a customer can purchase. In this article, we'll explore this topic in detail and provide you with the information you need.

Currently, the app does not have the functionality to limit the maximum number of tickets per customer. However, you can easily set a minimum number of tickets per customer using the "Group Ticket" feature.

This feature allows multiple unique tickets for customers to purchase, allowing you to manage the number of tickets sold per customer easily.

Here's how you can set up your Group Ticket feature:

  1. Select the Event Name.

  2. Click on "Event Settings".

  3. Choose "Tickets".

  4. Find the title that matches the classification of your tickets and click on the "Edit" button on the right side.

  5. Scroll down, and you will see the "Group Ticket" section. You can specify the number of tickets generated for each purchase.

  6. You can set any quantity as long as it does not exceed the quantity on the product inventory of that specific ticket type and hit "Save".

This feature allows you to easily manage the number of tickets sold per customer and ensure that your event runs smoothly.
