Can I Sell Tickets That Are Good for a Year Like a Subscription?

Updated over a month ago

Yes! You can use Evey Events to sell tickets that function like a year-long pass—for example, park access that lasts 365 days from the purchase date.

How to Set Up a Year-Long Ticket

  1. Open your event in the Evey dashboard, then click “Event Settings.”

  2. Go to the “Check-In” tab.

  3. Scroll down to “Ticket Type Settings.”
Under “When is check-in allowed for this ticket type?”, choose:
👉 “Check-in is allowed at any time.”

  4. Set the Entrance / Check-In Limit to 365 (for one check-in per day over a year).

If you want to allow multiple check-ins per day, increase this limit accordingly.

  5. Enable “This ticket expires after a certain number of days.”
Then set it to 365 days—this ensures the ticket expires one year from the purchase date.

  6. If you have multiple ticket variants, repeat these steps for each one, unless it's a 1-day or limited-use pass.

  7. Click “Save Ticket Settings.”

That’s it! You’ve now created a flexible, subscription-style ticket valid for an entire year. If you need help along the way, feel free to reach out to our support team,we’re happy to assist!
