Can I sell tickets that are good for a year like a subscription?

There are some events where tickets work as a subscription; one example of this is a park ticket where they can purchase a ticket that will give them access to the park for a year.

This can be done on the app by setting the number of times a ticket can be used and setting the ticket expiration date to 365 days after the purchase date.

To offer a year-long ticket or subscription ticket for sale, you can proceed with the following steps:

1. Begin by navigating to the event, and from the dashboard, click on "Event Settings."

2. On the Event Settings page, select the "Check-In" tab.

3. Scroll down to the "Ticket Type Settings" under the Check-In tab and choose "Check-in is allowed at any time" under "When is check-in allowed for this ticket type?"

4. Set the Entrance / check-in limit to 365 to match the number of days in a year.

Note: If you wish to allow multiple check-ins within one day, you can adjust the limit accordingly.

5. After setting the check-in limit you click on This ticket expires after a certain number of days and then set it to 365 so the ticket will expire a year after the ticket was purchased regardless of usage frequency.

If you have multiple ticket variants you will need to apply this setting for all the ticket variants listed unless the other ticket variants are a 1-day pass ticket.

6. Once done click on "Save Ticket Settings."
