Klaviyo Integration with Evey

The Klaviyo integration allows you to connect your Klaviyo account to Evey so that ticket activity is automatically shared between both platforms.

When tickets are created, cancelled, or deleted, Evey sends that data directly to Klaviyo - giving you the power to segment, automate, and analyze using Klaviyo’s advanced marketing tools.

✨ What is Klaviyo?

With Evey’s direct integration, attendee data and activity — such as ticket purchases, cancellations, or transfers — are automatically synced to your Klaviyo account.


⚙️ How to Set Up the Integration

Step 1: Get Your Klaviyo Public API Key (Site ID)

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard.

  2. Click your account name → Settings → API Keys. or visit: https://www.klaviyo.com/create-private-api-key

  3. Click Create Private API Key

  4. Name the key and grant it "Full Access Key" - and click Create

  5. Copy your Public API Key / Site ID you’ll need this for Evey.

Step 2: Connect Klaviyo to Evey

  1. In Evey, go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Find the Klaviyo section.

  3. Paste your Public API Key / Site ID into the field.

  4. Click Save.

Once saved, Evey will begin sending event data to Klaviyo automatically.


📊 What You’ll See in Klaviyo

Whenever a ticket is:

  • Created

  • Cancelled

  • Deleted

Evey will send an event record to Klaviyo under that customer’s profile.
You’ll then be able to:

  • Segment customers who have ever held a ticket.

  • 🎯 Filter customers by specific events they’ve attended.

  • 💰 Analyze total ticket sales and revenue directly in Klaviyo reports.
