Evey is designed to work with Shopify POS, and our long-term goal is to support a seamless ticketing experience both online and in-store. However, at this time, the POS integration is not functioning as expected. This may cause issues when trying to sell or manage event tickets directly through Shopify POS.
Because this behavior is part of a known current limitation, our Tech/Dev team is not able to troubleshoot, fix, or customize any POS-related concerns until the integration is fully stable again.
