If you see an error when trying to update an Attendee Information Field, this is usually caused by embedded links that are no longer supported in Evey.
Why This Happens
Shopify has recently updated its policy regarding embedded links.
Because of this change, Evey can no longer process attendee fields that include hyperlinks within their content.
If any of your attendee information fields contain embedded links (for example, a link to your Terms and Conditions), you won’t be able to update or save changes to that field until those links are removed.
How to Fix It
Go to Attendee Information → Edit Field.
Check if the field contains an embedded link (hyperlinked text).
Remove or replace any embedded links in the field.
You can rewrite the text without the hyperlink, or
Use a checkbox field that references your Terms and Conditions instead.
Save your changes again.
Once all links are removed, you’ll be able to successfully update the field.
