How to Change the “View Your Ticket” Button Color in Ticket Emails

You can customize the color of the “View your ticket” button that appears in Evey’s ticket email notifications. This can be done globally for all events or per individual event, depending on your needs.


Option 1: Change the Button Color for All Events (Global)

If you want the button color to match your brand across all ticket email notifications, you can update it in your global notification settings.

Steps

  1. Go to your Evey Dashboard

  2. Click Settings (top navigation)

  3. Select Notifications

  4. Scroll to the Brand Settings section

  5. Find the Accent color field

  6. Choose or enter your preferred color

  7. Save your changes

Once saved, this accent color will apply to the “View your ticket” button in all ticket-related emails for all events.


Option 2: Change the Button Color for a Single Event Only

If you want a different button color for a specific event, you can override the global setting at the event level.

Steps

  1. Open the specific Event in your Evey dashboard

  2. Go to Event settings

  3. Click Notifications

  4. Look for the Accent color setting

  5. Select your preferred color

  6. Save your changes

This color will apply only to that event’s ticket emails, without affecting other events.


Which Option Should I Use?

  • Use Global settings if you want consistent branding across all events

  • Use Event-level settings if:

    • The event has a different theme or branding

    • You’re running a special or partner event

    • You want temporary customization for a single event

Event-level accent colors will override the global setting for that event only.
