By default, ticket email notifications are sent with the subject line:
"Your ticket for (Event Title)"
If you'd like to customize this subject line, you absolutely can!
How to Change the Subject Line
From your Evey Events dashboard, go to the event where you want to change the email notification.
Click on Event Settings.
Navigate to the Notifications tab.
Scroll down to the Templates section. You’ll see options like:
Ticket Notification
Multi / Group Ticket Email
Attendee messages
Click Edit next to the email you’d like to customize.
Make sure to connect your email service provider.
Then select Customize email template.
You’ll now be able to change the subject line as needed.
Don’t forget to save your changes.
⚠️ Important: Be sure to choose Customize email template — otherwise, the subject line won't be editable.
