Use this quick checklist each morning to keep costs in line and spot issues before they grow. Everything below can be done on your phone or in the web app.
1 . Review your Daily Insights
Pay attention to spikes in voids, discounts, or employee totals..
Click "View more" within the insight to drill straight into the report.
2 . Review the “Employee Totals” report (2 minutes)
Review the report in the mobile app or on the web, or Subscribe to the report to receive it in your inbox each morning.
Drill into any employee over your thresholds:
Voids or refunds above 1 % of net sales.
Duration over 15 min (yellow) or 30 + min (red), especially if the payment type is cash.
Ask the employee for an explanation.
3 . Check the “Voided / Refunded Tickets” report (3 minutes)
Filter Payment Type: Cash and Duration ≥ 15 min.
Click each ticket to view details and confirm the reason.
Escalate anything suspicious to your supervisor the same day.
4 . Scan your KPI Dashboard (3 minutes)
Focus on yesterday, week-to-date, and period-to-date:

5 . Act on what you find
Note fixes in the manager log or group chat.
Coach crew members right away.
Flag repeated issues for your supervisor’s weekly review call.
