Your externship's meeting calendar lists every live session: company meetings, manager meetings or work sessions, office hours and other events. All times on the meeting calendar are listed in Eastern Time (ET).
Joining from outside Eastern Time
Convert each meeting time from ET to your local time zone before the session. A world-clock or time-zone converter works well.
Watch for daylight saving time changes. The US and many other countries switch on different dates, so the gap between ET and your local time can change during your externship.
Add each meeting to your calendar so you get reminders in your own time zone.
Can't make a meeting?
Meeting dates and times can't be changed, because they're set around the Program Manager's and the company leads' availability. Company meetings and manager sessions are usually recorded and posted on the student platform, so you can watch them later.

Your Program Manager is your contact for meeting logistics, including missing links and confirming a session time. You can reach them on Slack or by email.
