I get a message saying my Fabli is already registered, what should I do?

Did you just purchase a Fabli from our online store or a retailer and receive an error message saying your Fabli is already registered?

First, try clicking "OK" to close the message.

✅ If you're able to access the app, it was just a minor bug — you can use it without any issues. There's no need to contact us unless you experience other problems.

❌ If you're unable to proceed, please contact us via the chat or by email at contact@fabli.co. Make sure to include your Fabli’s serial number (you’ll find it on the white label on your Fabli’s box — under “Fabli Player”).

Important: If you see this message and your Fabli was purchased secondhand, please contact the previous owner. They must reach out to us directly to request the removal of the Fabli from their account. This request must come from the original owner.
