Has your invoice been marked as "more information needed"?
If you have received an email from Factofly indicating that your invoice status has been changed to "more information needed" please read on.
The new status is often due to one or more of the following points missing or incomplete on your submitted invoice:
Your invoice has been sent without VAT. If you are invoicing a business or individual in Denmark, VAT must be included on your invoice. This applies even if you have not yet invoiced for 50,000 DKK, as you have chosen to invoice through our CVR number.
Missing information in the description of the work. As a Factofly user, you are insured during your work. To ensure that our insurance covers the exact type of work you provide, we need a detailed task description.
Error in customer information. Sometimes, things happen quickly, and typos can occur. Therefore, please verify that the entered information matches what you have received from your customer.
Missing information in your profile information. Before we can send your invoice to your customer, we need your contact details. This ensures that we can quickly and easily disburse your salary as soon as your customer has paid.
Your work type falls outside our services. Unfortunately, we cannot assist in invoicing your work if it falls outside our insurance coverage.
