How do you communicate with my customer about task confirmations?
As a user of Factofly, you are employed as a project worker. To ensure you have the best possible working conditions, including being insured during your work, we will establish a contractual relationship with your customer.
When you create a task and the associated invoice, we will contact your customer in writing. Your customer will receive an email containing a description of the task you will be performing. You can see an example of this email below.
Is it your first task with the customer through Factofly, the customer will have to accept the terms and conditions. For future tasks, they will be notified about a new task without the need for acceptance.
