The Company Assessment is where you tell us about the policies and processes you currently have in place, and most companies find that it takes about 1 hour to complete.

The platform will guide you through the different sections - hiring, onboarding, performance, and other key parts of the employee journey.

There are 150 questions in total that require in-depth knowledge of your people processes and policies.

You need to walk through all sections to complete the audit - but don't worry - if you don't have certain things in place you can simply skip the questions. You can also save your progress and return back to the assessment at any time.

Once you complete a section, you'll see a green checkbox. This means the section is complete, and you cannot edit your responses.

💡 Tip: you may need to reach out to colleagues for information. It can be helpful to review the sections so you can plan when you’ll need their help.
