Updated over a week ago

We gathered hundreds of data points from you, across three sources:

  • 🛠 Company Assessment questions. You've responded to up to 150 questions in the Company Assessment to help us understand the processes embedded in your business.

    • Every one of our questions is rooted in research from academia, think tanks or industry reports.

    • You receive full or partial scores for each question, depending on how you answered it.

    • We never detract points. Whatever you don't have in place this round is scored at 0 (this goes for skipped questions too).

  • 📑 Documents. You uploaded up to 30 documents, which we've scored against our detailed checklists.

Your documents were scored as follows:

    • 0 stars - no or wrong document submitted

    • ⭐️ - the document(s) fulfils 1-25% of the essential or important criteria

    • ⭐️ ⭐️ - the documents fulfils 26-50% of the essential or important criteria

    • ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - the document fulfils 51 - 75% of the essential or important criteria

    • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - the documents fulfils 76-100% of the essential or important criteria

Your document report is in Notion - please refer to the URL we sent you. If you can't find it it, just send us a message over Intercom and we'll sort it for you.

  • 🗣 Employee Survey. Employees shared their demographic data, as well as their perspectives on inclusion and the policies & processes you currently have in place.

    • People read short statements about their experiences at work, and respond on a scale of 1 - 10. Responses between 1 - 5 are scored at 0, and responses between 6 - 10 increase linearly in scores.

    • We calculate a score for each question in the survey, by compiling a weighted mean score.

    • Employees also complete demographic questions - you're not scored on these.
