Recording how much a baby has had of their bottle

You can report a specific amount to inform parents how much their baby has consumed. To do this:

  • Head in to your nursery overview

  • Select a room

  • Select a child by clicking on their photo, then click 'Status' on the right hand side

  • Click on the 'Meal' icon

  • A new window will open where you can select the meal type you are recording.

  • Once you have chosen the meal you're adding, you can select a previously entered food (or in this case, a bottle),

    • If the item is not yet entered into your app, you can type in the food you're adding in the 'Search' bar, then click 'Create and add [the name of the food/ bottle you've just added]'

  • To enter a specific amount, click on the three dots next to the food you've selected, then click on 'Use exact amount' (as below)

  • The slider changes to a text box, where you can enter an amount, and the unit of measurement

  • Next enter the time the bottle was given in the box at the bottom of the screen

  • The amount of the meal chosen with show on the child's profile, as below:


Recording how much children have eaten

You can report meal consumption for specific children. To do this:

  • Head in to your nursery overview

  • Select a room

  • Select a child by clicking on their photo, then click 'Status' on the right hand side

  • Click on the 'Meal' icon

  • A new window will open where you can select the meal type you are recording (as below)

  • From here a new window will open (as below) select a food type

    • If the food the child has eaten is not yet entered into your app, you can type in the food you're adding in the 'Search' bar, then click 'Create and add [the name of the food you've just added]'

  • You can select how much was consumed on the slider, or you can click the three dots to add an exact amount

  • You can also edit the date and time if necessary

  • Finally hit 'Save'

Registered food consumption is shown on the child’s activity feed on their profile, which is visible to the parents.
