Bill payers can download their Tax Statements whenever they'd like in their Balance tab on their Famly accounts. We even have a guide for them here:
If bill payers need reminding that their Tax Statements are ready to download, you can send them an email in bulk letting them know it's available for them to view.
To send parents a Tax Statement reminder email:
Click on Reports in your sidebar
Find the Bill payers report
Using the checkboxes, select the bill payers you'd like to send a Tax Statement reminder email to
You can check the box right at the top to select all bill payers in the list
Next, click on the Send Tax Statement button
Draft your email and click Preview
Once you're ready, click on Send email and then Send again to confirm
You'll see a confirmation banner at the top that says Emails successfully sent to let you know you're all done
