Importing child information
If you have a list of children, contacts and bill payers on a spreadsheet that you'd like to import to Famly, you can do so by:
Sending your spreadsheet to your Famly Customer Advisor, and we will upload right away on your behalf (recommended)
Uploading your spreadsheet directly into Famly per the directions below:
Clicking on Children under the Home icon in your sidebar
Clicking on Add child in the top right of the screen
From here, click on Import to upload your spreadsheet
Next, verify your import by checking that the information you're uploading is correct. You can configure columns such as dates, and exclude any columns that you wouldn't like uploaded or cannot be mapped to existing Famly child/contact fields
Finally, click Start import
You can download the import template here to match your file to:

Editing child information
If you need to update a child's information, you can do so easily via the child's profile. Just search up their name, or find them in the Children tab in your sidebar to navigate to their profile.
Once you're there, go to the About tab to add or amend their basic information, or go to the Family tab to make changes to their contacts or siblings.
If you need to make any changes to a child's classroom or their start dates, you can do so in the Registration & classroom moves section
