How to Print a Child's Profile?
You can print from the desktop and on your tablet!
To print out the child profile, you’ll need the “View child's demographic and private information” permission enabled.
To print, go to the child's profile (you can do this either by searching for the child in the Children tab or using the magnifying glass) and click Print profile:

Adjust your print settings and click Print. You can also choose to download your statement by selecting Save as PDF in the print destination field in your print preview:

Will my printout include siblings?
Yes! The printout will contain siblings that have been linked to a child's profile.
Will my printout include 2 or more contacts?
Yes! If the child has 2 or more contacts, all will be included in the printed child profile
Can I print children's profiles in bulk?
No, you cannot print profiles in bulk. Printing a child's profile can be done per child only
What print formats can I print a child's profile?
You can print in Letter or A4 format
What does the printed profile not include?
The printed profile will not include:
Registration
Classroom Moves
Attachments - completed registration forms can be downloaded/printed separately
Notes
Safeguarding
Medications
Accident/Incident Reports
