Here's how to set up and offer a reward on Fanbase:
Step 1: Create the reward
Select 'Rewards' from the main menu
Click 'Create Reward'
Fill out the form to create your reward, including assigning the number of points required to redeem this reward
To make the reward active, select 'Published' and then 'Save'
Your reward is now live on the Fan App.
π‘ Quick tip: Ensure the collection instructions are clear so the fan understand exactly what they need to do to collect their reward.
Step 2: Assign stock
To ensure fans can redeem the reward successfully, you will need to indicate you have stock available by:
Selecting 'Manage stock'
Add stock by adjusting the 'Add/remove quantity' box
Step 3: Fans redeem the reward
Fans will be able to access the Rewards section by selecting the Rewards icon on the top right of the screen, next to the Profile icon.
When viewing the Rewards area, fans will be able to see:
A summary of their points, including:
Current points
Total points collected
Points spent
All rewards published by the club, including:
A progress bar showing how close they are to being able to redeem
Details on the reward
Details on how to collect the reward
All redeemed rewards
Once they have enough points to redeem a reward, they can select 'Get Reward' and then 'Claim Reward'.
Once the reward has been claimed, fans will receive a confirmation email with details on how to collect the reward from the club
The stock will be reduced by the number of redemptions of the reward.
Step 4: The fan collects the reward
When a fan comes to collect their reward:
Select the 'Redemptions' tab in the Rewards section
Identify the fan and reward
Select 'Manage' and 'Mark as collected'
If you need to cancel the redemption at any time, select 'Manage' and then 'Cancel redemption'.
You will be able to view any Redeemed, Cancelled or Collected rewards in this section.
