Entry management is now even easier!
With entry management now available in the admin portal you can now configure your scanning setup in advance of your next fixture/event to make your matchday operations even easier.

Once you have configured your setup, from a scanning perspective all you have to do is select the area that you are scanning for and only the permitted tickets will be valid for scanning.

Here's how to set it up π
Step One
How to setup Entry Venue

Click + Entry Venue and add your venue.
Click + Entry Points and add all your different entry points, this can be as detailed or as specific as you wish. Anything from a stand/entrance down to a block of turnstiles.

Save entry setup.
Step Two
How to configure the Entry Venue

Select the fixture you wish to set up.
β
Choose when you wish to start and end admission.

If you wish to restrict tickets by entry point toggle this option on.

Click 'Add permitted ticket rule'

Choose your entry point and select the ticket types you wish to allow at that entrance then click save, if you wish to remove any tickets from an entrance you can click the x next to that ticket.

Once you are happy you can click save configuration - don't worry you can edit this at any time!
Step 3
How to scan tickets

When it comes to scanning, simply select your fixture and the area that you are scanning for. This will pull through all the information you previously set up in the portal so only valid tickets are given access at your entry point.

If a fan is trying to scan at the wrong area an Orange message will pop up on your screen letting you know that this is for the wrong area, allowing you to direct them to the correct area.
