How to set up away ticketing

Setting up tickets intended for away fans attending your ground, or managing sales for away games.

The Away Ticketing feature allows you to:

  1. Create tickets for away fans attending a fixture at your venue.

  2. Sell tickets for an away fixture hosted at another venue.

1. Creating Tickets for Away Fans at Your Venue

When setting up match tickets for away fans, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the ‘Support’ dropdown is set to ‘Away’.

  2. Set the ‘Admission’ dropdown to your club name.

  3. Enter the ticket details, including:

    • Name (e.g., “Away Fan Ticket”)

    • Area (highlight that it’s for away fans)

    • Description

    • Prices

  4. Click ‘Save’, and your tickets will be ready for purchase.

2. Selling Tickets for an Away Fixture

To sell tickets for an away fixture at another venue:

  1. Set the ‘Support’ dropdown to ‘Away’.

  2. Set the ‘Admission’ dropdown to ‘Other’.

This will display two additional options:

  • Show QR Code (Toggle On/Off)

  • Fulfillment Instructions (Text Box)

QR Code & Physical Ticket Options

  • If sending QR codes to an away team for scanning → Toggle ON QR codes. (Contact Fanbase Support for assistance.)

  • If using physical ticketsToggle OFF QR codes and enter instructions on how fans can collect their tickets.

📌 Example Fulfillment Instruction:


"Please collect your away ticket between 12-5 PM on Friday, March 7th, from the ticket office."

This information will then be displayed to fans when they purchase their ticket. 🎟️🏟️
