How to share tickets on Fanbase

Updated over 3 months ago

Sharing tickets allows fans to share tickets with family and friends quickly and easily in a few clicks from their Fanbase wallet.

How to share a ticket

  1. Log in to their Fanbase account and click 'Wallet' at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click 'View tickets' on the tickets they would like to share.

  3. Select 'Share ticket' at the bottom of the ticket.

  4. Tick the tickets that you would like to share and then click 'Next'.

Note: Fans can only share multiple tickets from the same order, if they have multiple orders for the same fixture/event then they will have to share from each order individually.

5. From here there will be two options for the fan:

a) Share via link. This is the first option a fan will receive the first time they share and will always be an option when they are sharing tickets.

Once you have successfully shared with a friend for the first time, that friend will then appear as a contact when sharing in the future.

b) Share with a contact. Once you have selected the ticket you want to share and click next you will see a list of your contacts, tick the one you want to share with and select 'Send'.
