Refunding a membership payment
Click 'Fans' on the left-hand side of your dashboard
Search for the fan who is due a membership payment refund
Click on their profile
Click on the membership tab
Find the payment you would like to refund
Click 'View payment' and click 'Refund'
Cancelling a membership
Click 'Memberships' on the left-hand side of your dashboard
Click the membership type that you'd like to cancel
Click 'Manage' then click 'View members'
Search for the relevant fan on the under the 'Active' tab
Click 'Cancel membership'
Choose the cancellation type
💡 Quick tip: Ensure you select the correct cancellation type. You can cancel with immediate effect and this will remove the membership straight away. Or you can cancel at the end of the fans' renewal period. For example, if they are on a monthly membership, they will hold their membership until the end of the month and it will be removed at that point.
How can Fans manage their memberships:
How can fans update their payment method for an existing membership?
On the fan app, click ‘Wallet’ and click on the ‘Membership’ section then select the Membership you want to change the payment method for.
Under ‘Billing’ click on ‘Edit payment details’
Under ‘Payment method’, add payment method and fill out your payment details.
Then click ‘Add’. Your new payment method has been added successfully.
You then have a choice to delete the old payment method. Click on … and then delete the old payment method.
How can fans cancel memberships?
On the fan app, click ‘Wallet’ and click on the ‘Membership’ section then select the Membership you want to Cancel.
Under ‘Billing’ click on ‘Cancel Membership’
Then select your reason for canceling and confirm cancellation.
Your Fan app should be updated with the cancelled membership, you will also receive a confirmation email on your provided email address.
