If you need to postpone, reschedule or cancel your fixture at any time you can do this by:
Going into your Fixture or Event
Selecting Manage
Selecting Postpone, Reschedule or Cancel
When you select any of these by default all your ticket holders will be notified.
Please see below for examples of what this email looks like.
You can turn this email notification off - but we recommend always notifying all your ticket holders.
For Postponed and Cancelled fixtures or events, your refund details will be included in the email.
Please ensure these are kept up to date in your club settings > notifications.
