1. Attendance Report
You can find this by clicking on reports on the left-hand side of the admin dashboard, then selecting 'Attendance' under Ticketing operation.
From here, you can set a date range in the top left and select 'View Report'. This will give you:
A detailed breakdown of sold, scanned and no-show tickets by fixture or event.
A breakdown of attendance by ticket category, including season tickets, complimentary tickets and hospitality.
Details of re-admissions and other attendance figures where applicable.
A detailed table of all the transactions including all order details.
You can export this report by clicking on ‘Download Report’.
What is the difference between tickets issued and tickets scanned?
Tickets issued refers to the number of tickets allocated or sold for a fixture.
Tickets scanned refers to the number of tickets that have been scanned and admitted at the turnstiles.
The difference between these figures represents tickets that were issued but have not been scanned. For example: if 1,000 tickets were issued and 750 were scanned, the attendance rate would be 75%, with 250 tickets recorded as no-shows.
Important Note:
Complimentary tickets and season tickets can affect the overall attendance rate, as not everyone who receives a ticket will necessarily attend.
What are re-admissions?
Re-admissions occur when someone who has already entered the stadium is scanned back in after leaving and returning.
Important note:
These may appear in the Entry Dashboard but may not be included in the same way in the Attendance Report. If you’re comparing figures across reports, be aware that re-admissions can affect the totals.
2. Entry Dashboard
The Entry Dashboard provides a breakdown of attendance and entry flow across different stadium areas and turnstiles.
This will give you:
The number of tickets issued and scanned for each area or turnstile.
The number of people who have not yet entered.
The scanning rate, showing how many people are entering per minute.
The percentage of ticket holders who have entered.
An estimated time for when everyone is expected to have entered, based on the current entry flow.
What is the Entry Dashboard used for?
The Entry Dashboard is particularly useful for safety officers and match day staff, as it allows them to monitor how quickly supporters are entering the stadium.
For example, if a large number of supporters are still waiting to enter shortly before kick-off, the dashboard can help staff identify potential queues and entry delays. The estimated entry time is based on the current scanning rate. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed time, as entry speeds can change throughout the match day.
Why are my attendance figures different across reports?
The Attendance Report, Entry Dashboard and fixture overview may show different figures if adjustments, re-admissions or season ticket allocations have not been accounted for in the same way.
If the figures do not match, check:
Whether all attendance adjustments have been completed.
Whether re-admissions are included in the figures being compared.
Whether season tickets and complimentary allocations have been included consistently.
If the figures still do not match after checking these details, the discrepancy should be investigated to confirm which report is displaying the correct information.
