Fanbase Ticket Office allows club admins to create and process orders for fixture tickets, event tickets and season tickets.
To get started, click the 'New Order' button at the top right of the portal.
STEP 1: Select the product
Ensure the correct season is selected and then select the type of product you wish to process an order for, either:
Fixture
Event
Season
After selecting this, choose from the list of available fixtures / events / season ticket sale windows from the dropdown.
STEP 2: Choose the order type
Select the most relevant order type depending on how you wish to process the order.
Ticket Office: if processing a paid-for ticket for a fan who will be paying via card or cash
Complimentary: if distributing free tickets
Invoice: if you would like to send the fan a payment link (and you would like to automatically generate an invoice)
Bulk printed orders: if you wish to print a large order in bulk

STEP 3: Select the tickets
Select the type and number of tickets you would like to include in your order.
If using a seat map, select the correct seats and then the ticket type i.e. Adult, Concession etc
Use the coloured pill to choose between 'Standard' and 'Hospitality' tickets.
STEP 4: Select the recipient
If the name and email address of the fan is known, select one of the following options:
Existing fans. If the fan already has a Fanbase account and has followed the club on Fanbase, their details will appear in the drop-down as you type in their name or address.
Tickets for existing fans will be dropped into their Fanbase wallet which they can access by logging into their Fanbase account.
They will receive also receive a confirmation email containing their tickets (unless it is a season ticket, which is not shared in confirmation emails).
Guest. If the fan hasn't got a Fanbase account and followed the club, input their name and email address to the relevant boxes.
Guests will receive a confirmation email confirming their order and inviting them to sign up to Fanbase.
Fixture and event tickets will appear in the confirmation email. Season tickets are not distributed via email and guests will need to sign up to Fanbase to view their season ticket.
Anonymous. this is suitable for when it is not possible to collect the name and email address of the fan and speed is key. Capture the order as anonymous and print the tickets for the customer.

STEP 5: Select the payment method
The payment options will differ depending on the Order Type you selected in Step 2. Select the Order Type below to unveil more detail.

For a Ticket Office order type, you will be presented with:
Card
Cash
Bank Transfer
These are for payments that are taken outside of Fanbase using a payment terminal owned by the club, accepting cash or receiving a bank transfer.
The payment method will be captured on the transaction report in Fanbase and registering this payment method will ensure that all reports reconcile.
If the fan is going to pay at a later date, you can reserve these tickets by selecting 'Reservation'. This will draw the ticket down from your allocation.
When you want to process the reservation you can locate it in All Orders > Reservations and click 'Manage' to bring you back to the Ticket Office.
Complimentary

For a Complimentary order type, you have the following options:
Free. To process the complimentary order free of charge
Reservation. To reserve the tickets to process at a later date
When you want to process the reservation you can locate it in All Orders > Reservations and click 'Manage' to bring you back to the Ticket Office.
Invoice
Invoice
For an Invoice order type, you have the following options:
Issue invoice. Select this to send the invoice to the recipient straight away.
Set the invoice due date if you would like this invoice to expire at any point
Draft invoice. Select this to reserve the tickets and issue at a later date.
Draft invoices can be found by navigating to Orders > Invoices and filtering for 'Draft'

For Bulk Printed Orders order type, you have the following options:
Reservation. If you wish to reserve these tickets for now and choose to process them at a later date.
Unpaid: If you would like to issue these tickets now and adjust the order size based on the quantity actually sold at a later date.
If you would like to edit the Ticket Holder's name, add the date of birth or capture the fan's address, you can do so by selecting the pencil icon next to the relevant section of the Order summary, as shown in the screen below.
Once you click 'Collect payment' and 'Confirm', the order will be processed.
To view the order, click on 'Orders' on the menu on the left-hand side.
