If you would like to view all of the orders at your club, you can do so by clicking the ‘orders’ button on the left-hand side of your screen on the menu bar.
This will display a list of all orders at your club, alongside two tiles at the top of the screen, which show the revenue generated from all of your orders and the total number of orders you have received.
Using the table, you can search for an order using the order number, fans name, email or seat number (if you use allocated seating). You can also filter the orders on the table by criteria such as the fixture the tickets were for.
There is some high-level information in this table view about each order. If you want to drill down into the detail, you can click ‘view order’ on the right-hand side. This will display an order summary with more information. This order summary provides you with some actions, such as refunding the order (if applicable), resending the confirmation email, downloading a PDF of the tickets to attach to an email, printing them out yourself to give to a fan or adding notes to the order.
