Scanning Improvements 📱
We have improved the user experience within the scanning flow, making scanning more intuitive!
Pay at the Gate 💵
Want a view of exactly how many people are in your ground? Then look no further than our pay at the gate feature which allows you to track cash and card payments within your dashboard, simply select pay at the gate on the scanning screen!
Bonus: If you integrate with one of our compatible card readers then you will be able to process the payment and take the payment in just 2 clicks! (Contact us if interested)
Ticket Printing 🖨
Do you have your own ticket or card printer? Well, you can now print your tickets in-house with Fanbase. Simply view the order you'd like to print, and click print tickets which will download a pdf (for anything over 100 tickets, contact us) which you can then print onto a ticket or card!
Membership Improvements 🔨
Here are some of the improvements we have made to our memberships feature;
Ability to take annual payments only, monthly payments only, or both!
Sign-up/cancellation emails to fans.
Address collection upon purchase.
Added overall membership stats to the club portal.
