This release is abundant with anti-complication technology to ensure you can provide the best product to your fans with no extra time allocated.

Membership refunds 😁

Our new Membership improvements have prioritised flexibility and reporting as per request. As a result, ticket sales and memberships are now all under one umbrella!

There are four main features worth shouting about:

  1. Enable Membership refunds for individual payments

  2. Add membership payments logs to order view as a new tab

  3. Add membership payment summary modal which can be launched from order area or fan view

  4. Include membership refunds in transaction reports

Allocated Seating Improvements 🧹

Allocated Seating has just got smoother for admins. We have made three main incremental improvements to AS which give you more specificity and versatility when setting up fixtures:

  1. Reorganise allocated seating selection to occur early on fixture setup

  2. Allow allocated seating fixtures to be toggled between admitting season tickets and not, after creation of fixture

  3. Allow chart season for a fixture to be changed

Guest Checkout πŸ…

Guest Checkout allows your fans to purchase fixture and event tickets without the need to go through the sign up or log in process. There are 6 key features within this update which simplifies the buyer process:

  1. Enable purchases using only an email address for fixture and event tickets

  2. Ability to disable this feature if your club feels that way inclined

  3. Email address can also be changed on the payment step

  4. Guests can complete multiple purchases using the same guest account with no authentication

  5. At any time, guests can claim their account

    • They are required to provide their name and set a password

    • This will trigger an email verification

    • Once verified, they are converted to a full fan account and have access to any historic purchases

  6. Club admins can update the email address on guest orders
