We have improved various aspects of the match centre, but there are two key functions worth shouting about!
Digital Programmes
Link to your live stream
You can add these when setting up a fixture or by clicking edit on a fixture that has been created already. From there all you do is add the links to your digital programme or live stream.
Fans will then be able to access these in the match centre for that game!
Membership Reporting 🔍
We have made improvements to our membership system. This will help give you more information on your fans who sign up for your memberships. This includes:
Memberships being visible on a fan's profile
Dedicated membership reporting
Dedicating membership revenue tracking
Link directly to your memberships
If you don't have access to our membership feature but would like to start using it to sell membership subscriptions with benefits, give us a message and we will add it to your Fanbase account!
Archiving Fixtures and Events 🧹
We have also now made it possible to archive fixtures and events. This means, that if you create a fixture with the wrong data or information, you can simply archive the fixture and it will be out of view from fans and from your live dashboard.
This mistake-friendly function is really easy to use:
Click on the fixture you want to archive
Click edit
Scroll until you find the 'Archive Fixture' toggle
Click on the toggle
Click Save
The fixture will then be archived and only available to see when you filter your dashboard to 'Show archived fixtures'
Season Ticket Refunds 😁
We have also introduced the ability to refund/cancel season tickets. This allows clubs to self-service their own refund process using Fanbase, allowing for more freedom and a happier fan community!
The process is simple:
Go to Orders
Select the Season Ticket Order you want to refund
Click 'Manage Order'
Click 'Refund Order'
It is important to note that if the season ticket was free, you should click 'Cancel Order'
The fan will then receive an email confirming the refund, and your revenue and order dashboard will reflect the process.
