Refunding non-Stripe match/event tickets πŸ’΅

We have added lots of flexibility to the club portal, enabling you to cancel/refund all order types (not just online Stripe orders)

To do this, follow the steps below:
​
1. Click orders on the left of your dashboard.

2. Find the order you'd like to refund/cancel.
​
3. Click 'view order' on the right of your selected order.
​
4. Click manage order on the top right-hand corner of the pop-up.
​
5. Select Cancel/refund order.

New Scanning dashboard πŸ“±

Our new scanning dashboard gives you live updates on your scanning stats, including how many have been scanned, what percentage of tickets have been scanned, the scan rate per minute and a breakdown of scanning per area.

Here is how to find it;
​
1. Click on reports on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
​

2. Selecting Entry Dashboard.

Email Address Amendments βœ…

You can now edit the email addresses of guest orders processed through the ticket office. Better still, if the guest email has created an account since the order was put through, it will move their tickets into their Fanbase app wallet.

Here is how to do it;
​
1. Select orders on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

2. Find the guest order you need.
​
3. Once on the order, click on the pencil icon beside the fan's email and edit away!
