Setting your Complimentary Ticket Reasons

Set reasons for giving out complimentary tickets to save you time.

Hey! Are you wanting to send a free, complimentary ticket for an upcoming fixture to a certain fan? Not a problem! Just follow the outlined steps below to create a complimentary ticket and send it to the intended individual.

  1. On the dashboard, click 'New Order'

  2. Select the Fixture that you want this ticket to be available for

  3. Select Order Type

    1. In this case, select Complimentary

  4. Select the category of ticket (Standard or Hospitality) and the quantity of complimentary tickets along with the Stand you want the ticket to be valid for

  5. Once you have done this, you must select the recipient, which can either be:

    1. An Existing Fan (Name or email required)

    2. A Guest (email required)

    3. Anonymous

  6. You will then have the option of elaborating on the reason for issuing the complimentary ticket

    1. Choose whichever reason you would like for the Complimentary Order

    2. This helps track free orders and why they were offered

  7. To send the ticket, select 'Complete Order'

  8. The fan will then receive the ticket via email
