You can issue complimentary memberships through the new order flow via the top right-hand corner of the dashboard:

1. Click 'new order' in the top right-hand corner of the admin dashboard.

2. Select 'Next' on the next screen as complimentary is the only option.

3. Select the type of membership you want to send.
4. Enter the existing fan's details and click next.

5. Enter a reason and complete the order.
