Hey! Are you looking to print off some physical tickets for your next game? Follow the outlined steps below to find out how you can print tickets.
Click on 'New Order' button on the top right of the dashboard
Select the type of ticket you want to create i.e. season ticket or match ticket
Select the order type i.e. complimentary ticket, remote ticket etc.
Select which Tickets and how many tickets you want to print off
Select the recipient of the tickets
Select payment type
Select view order, and then click print tickets.
Once you have done this, if the print job is over 100 tickets, it will be documented in the print jobs tab. At this point, there is another series of steps to complete.
Once you select view order, make sure you add a description to the print job in order to differentiate large print job orders.
Select the print jobs tab on the left hand side of the dashboard and you will see the print job ID, description and status
When the status of the print job turns to completed, you can download the tickets PDFs and then print the tickets using the selected printer.
