View your Print Jobs

The Print Job feature allows you to block out sections of your ground by bulk ordering tickets for a certain game and using them as physical tickets. Additionally, this feature supports bulk operations like managing QR codes and ticket PDFs, making it efficient for large-scale ticketing needs. This way, you can use Fanbase not only for e-ticketing, but also to help your ticket office and logging how many people are going to your game via physical tickets.

To view and manage your print jobs or perform bulk operations like handling QR codes and ticket PDFs, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click on Print Jobs.

  2. You will then reach the Print Jobs screen, which will give you certain information about each Print Job

  3. Job ID

  4. Description

  5. i.e. who and what the ticket is for

  6. Number of tickets

  7. Created on

  8. When the print job was created

  9. Created by

  10. The email of the individual who created the print job

  11. Template

  12. What template will the physical ticket use

  13. Status of the print job

  14. You will then have the option to download the Print Job's PDF. This will allow you to see all of the tickets which have been printed off and the design of each ticket.

  15. For bulk ticket orders added to the Print Queue, wait until the status is completed before downloading the PDF. Verify that bulk PDF generation is enabled in your account settings if the option is not available.
