We have had our first successful pilot with launching the Guest Checkout functionality on our platform!

Adding this feature to your Fanbase account will allow your fans to buy match day tickets and events without having to go through sign up process. Guest checkout is both simple and easy to use, allowing a fan to make multiple purchases in a guest session with no complications.

Fans who buy tickets using guest checkout and later sign-up to follow your club will have access to all of their tickets in their wallet! In this way, the guest checkout process is catered to the onboarding of more fans, and ensures that this is both a friendly and personalised piece of technology.

Guest checkout has been released to a handful of our partners who have requested early access to the feature during the pilot. This will be rolled out to all clubs in the coming weeks. If you don't want this functionality, you'll be able to turn it off for you club.
