How to edit an order

With our latest release, you now have greater control over orders placed through Fanbase, giving you the power to edit the recipient details after the order has been confirmed.

Doing so effectively moves tickets from one Fanbase account into another, the use case for this might be a fan who has used the wrong email address or entered it incorrectly when placing their order.

To do so, simply follow the steps below:

  1. View order, navigate to the orders page using the menu on the left-hand side of the Fanbase portal.

  2. Find the order that you would like to view and edit, this can be done by searching the order number, email address or name if you know it using the search bar at the top of the table.

  3. Once you have found your order click view on the right-hand side of the table, you should now see a modal pop-up with the order details.

  4. You will see a little pencil icon next to certain elements (Recipient and hospitality requirements), click here to edit.

  5. One confirmed you can now see the updated order with order notes at the bottom of the modal showing an audit history.

Now you have changed your order you can see the updated order with order notes at the bottom of the modal showing a history of all changes made, if you have changed the recipient we recommend resending the order confirmation.

This can be done by hitting the manage order button at the top right of the modal and then selecting resend confirmation from the drop-down menu.
